Accor to Launch Fairmont Rishikesh Resort in 2031 Amid Growing Luxury Travel Demand, ETTravelWorld

Accor has announced the signing of Fairmont Rishikesh, Himalayas, with the luxury resort scheduled to open in 2031 in the Shivpuri Range of Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.Spread across approximately 16 acres, the resort will feature 220 guestrooms, four dining venues and 3,000 square metres of event space, along with a spa, fitness centre, swimming pool, kids’ club and curated guest experiences.Rishikesh is a major destination for spirituality and wellness, attracting international and domestic travellers seeking yoga, meditation and holistic experiences. Its connectivity to Delhi NCR and other key markets has also supported demand for luxury leisure travel, staycations, adventure tourism, weddings and MICE events.Set against the Himalayan foothills and the biodiverse landscape surrounding the River Ganges, Fairmont Rishikesh, Himalayas will draw on the region’s natural beauty and cultural heritage through its design and guest experiences.
