EaseMyTrip (Easy Trip Planners Limited), one of India’s leading online travel technology platforms, has announced the approval of four strategic acquisitions under its EaseMyTrip 2.0 commitment to build an integrated and diversified travel ecosystem. The company’s board has approved primary investments totalling 49% in four companies spanning hospitality, leisure, infrastructure, and wellness.
EaseMyTrip will invest in Javaphile Hospitality Private Limited (Javaphile), Doodlesdodling Entertainment Private Limited (Doodles), SSL Nirvana Grand Golf Developers Private Limited (SSL Nirvana), and Levo Beauty Private Limited (Levo).
With its investment in Mumbai-based Javaphile, EaseMyTrip aims to strengthen its presence in the growing hospitality sector and enhance the customer experience through integrated travel and leisure offerings. The partnership opens cross-promotional opportunities by creating bundled packages that include dining, stay, and local experiences, while also diversifying revenue streams in the competitive travel and tourism landscape.
The acquisition of Doodles, headquartered in Thane, marks EaseMyTrip’s entry into the leisure and experiential entertainment space. With India witnessing rising demand for quality recreation and family experiences, the collaboration will enable the company to curate high-value lifestyle and corporate experiences that go beyond traditional travel, tapping into a rapidly growing segment of aspirational consumers.
The investment in SSL Nirvana, based in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, provides EaseMyTrip with a foothold in leisure infrastructure. The partnership allows the company to integrate hospitality and experiential stays with its travel offerings, enriching its luxury travel portfolio. Located within a developing tourism corridor with improving connectivity, SSL Nirvana’s project offers long-term, asset-backed value addition to EaseMyTrip’s largely asset-light business model.
Further strengthening its diversification, EaseMyTrip has entered the wellness and lifestyle segment through an investment in Levo, a Gurugram-based company offering premium spa, salon, dermatology, and aesthetic services. This move aligns with the growing demand for wellness-oriented travel experiences. The partnership will enable EaseMyTrip to bundle wellness offerings with its travel packages, particularly targeting the luxury and corporate segments, while expanding Levo’s footprint in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
All proposed acquisitions are subject to necessary board, shareholder, and regulatory approvals.
Commenting on the announcement, Nishant Pitti, Founder and CMD, EaseMyTrip, said, “These acquisitions mark a significant milestone in our journey to build a truly integrated travel and lifestyle ecosystem. Each company brings distinct capabilities that strengthen our portfolio, expand our customer reach, and create new avenues for growth. By leveraging these synergies, we are confident of delivering sustainable, long-term value for our shareholders while continuing to innovate and enhance the experiences of our customers with our EaseMyTrip 2.0 commitment.”
The acquisitions are expected to deliver strategic benefits across operations, customer engagement, and market expansion, aligning with EaseMyTrip’s 2.0 roadmap to strengthen India’s travel and allied ecosystem through innovation, partnerships, and forward-looking growth.
EaseMyTrip (listed on NSE and BSE) is one of India’s largest online travel platforms by air ticket bookings and offers access to over 400 airlines, 2.9 million hotels, and a wide range of travel options. Profitable since inception, the company continues to build on its zero-convenience fee model and strong international presence, now expanding beyond travel to create a comprehensive ecosystem for modern travellers.
