Stellantis is getting ready for a product assault. The automaker has plans to launch 60 new vehicles, while another 50 will receive “significant updates.” Several of those models will end up in US showrooms, including a new Dodge Charger Hellcat with over 700 horsepower.
The car was one of several that The Detroit Free Press saw inside Stellantis’ design dome. According to the publication, Dodge has confirmed that a new Hellcat is coming. It will have a supercharged V8 engine making over 700 horsepower, just like before.

The hopped-up Charger wore a more aggressive hood scoop, a massive rear wing, and an SRT badge. Stellantis teased the car at its investor day last week, showing off an image of new US-bound products, including a big-winged car under the Dodge banner, hidden under a sheet.
We expect the car to have the supercharged 6.2-liter that Ram is using in the revived TRX and the new Rumble Bee. The engine makes 777 hp in both of those pickups, and the Charger should make around that. We doubt the brand will be happy with anything less.
The outgoing Charger Hellcat made as much as 807 hp in its Redeye Jailbreak configuration, so maybe we will see a version like that eventually. Dodge has not said when we could expect the new Charger, but Stellantis’ new roadmap goes through the early 2030s, so it should debut fairly soon.
Motor1’s Take: Dodge has been hinting at the Hemi’s return for months, and now it is official. It’s unclear if the Charger will get any other V8 engines, but the addition of a new Hellcat with a Hemi should please performance fans.
