Robert Irwin and Rorie Buckey know how to do a date night!
Over the weekend, the wildlife conservationist took to social media to share a video of him and Rorie dinning at the Warrior restaurant inside of the Crocodile Lodge hospitality facility in at the Australia Zoo where his family works.
“Join us on a date night at our fine-dining restaurant Warrior,” the 19-year-old Crikey! It’s the Irwins star wrote.
“So tonight, we are going to Warrior Restaurant and Bar” Rorie says in the video.
“And we are going to take you with us whether you like it or not,” Robert adds as he steps in the frame and wraps his arm around his girlfriend.
For the occasion, Robert traded in his khakis for a pair of cargo pants and a button down shirt. For her part, Rorie showed off her style in a pair of black pants and a black sleeveless shirt with frilly accents.
The video continues with Robert driving to the establishment, located inside the Crocodile Lodge, before he and Rorie enter the private dining area.
Robert and Rorie cheers as they taste test the new drinks on the summer menu, and give the nicely plated food their seal of approval.
Robert then explains the location of the restaurant, which he says is open to anyone, joking, “That’s why Rorie and I are here pretty much every night.”
“Every night,” she agrees with a laugh.
The video ends with a look at some of the desserts.
Robert and Rorie, 19, made their relationship debut in July when they attended the premiere of Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One. The duo was first romantically linked late last year, when they were spotted out on a date in Queensland on Nov. 18, and have kept things to themselves for the most part.
Rorie — who is the niece of the late Heath Ledger — has the family’s seal of approval. Earlier this month, Robert’s big sister, Bindi Irwin, shared a group photo, and gushed about Rorie.
“My brother’s gorgeous girlfriend, @roriebuckey – Sweetest soul, beautiful friend, I love her dearly and you’ll usually see Grace just following her around because she adores her,” she wrote in part.
While they keep their romance mainly between them, in August, Robert shared a sweet selfie featuring him and Rorie, making them Instagram official.
“🌸🌼☀️,” Robert simply captioned the photo of him and Rorie smiling as he holds up the camera.
