The 2026 Lotus Emira Is Better. But It’s Also Pricier

Lotus announced several updates to the 2026 Emira back in June. The automaker made the V6 SE the flagship model in America, with the Emira Turbo serving as the brand’s entry point, and now we know how much they’ll cost.

CarBuzz is reporting that the Emira will start at $106,900. That’ll buy you a Mercedes-AMG-powered Lotus with a four-cylinder turbocharged engine making 360 horsepower. The 2025 Emira started at $102,250.

The Emira V6 SE will start at $112,900. The 3.5-liter supercharged powertrain produces the same 400 horsepower, but Lotus optimized the dampers and made wheel alignment adjustments for better handling and ride comfort.

Every 2026 Emira, regardless of powertrain, gets a rerouted cooling system that not only improves flow to the main radiator and transmission cooler, but also reduces weight. The automaker also refined the model’s eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox for the new model year.

The car will be available with two new colors: Eos Green and Purple Haze Metallic. A comment on an EmiraForum.com post last Saturday, which revealed pricing, noted that the two colors would cost an extra $2,950. Tangerine Orange is a $7,800 upgrade.

The commenter also said the Racing Line variant would start at $115,900, excluding destination. The Racing Line trim adds a hand-painted lower pinstripe, 20-inch wheels, and extra badging, according to the consumer site.

Motor1 has reached out to Lotus to confirm the prices. We’ll update the story when we hear back. Order books are open now.
