Travel and Hospitality Representation Services (THRS) has announced the launch of a new digital platform, THRS Engage, aimed at simplifying how travel trade professionals access brand content, connect with suppliers and manage bookings. The platform is part of the company’s strategy to update the trade engagement process for both Indian and Middle Eastern markets.

THRS Engage has been designed to offer real-time support and direct access to a range of resources, including sales kits, promotional material and exclusive incentives. The platform will also feature a digital lookbook showcasing a curated selection of luxury hotels and experiences.

Yeishan Goel, Group CEO at THRS, said: “THRS has consistently redefined the landscape of hospitality representation. With Engage, we’re not just launching a product — we’re leading a movement towards smarter, tech-enabled trade engagement. This platform empowers our partners with streamlined access, strategic tools, and the agility they need to drive real business growth.”

The initial rollout of the platform includes on-demand brand content, live support, and early access to familiarisation trips and webinars. Phase two will focus on data-driven insights, offering a client dashboard with real-time market intelligence, performance tracking and monthly reporting for THRS’ global hotel partners.

According to Gaurav Sindhwani, Vice President – Business Transformation, “Engage marks a transformational leap for THRS — not just in how we serve the trade, but in how we think, operate, and grow.”

The final phase will integrate live availability checks, direct trade booking and personalised analytics for hotel partners, aiming to create a fully connected hospitality representation ecosystem.

Neha Bhardwaj, Head – Client Partnership and Trade Marketing at THRS, added: “Engage is more than a platform — it’s a community built on connection, insight, and a shared passion for luxury travel. It’s how we elevate every touchpoint — with our trade partners and our clients — and deliver support that is truly meaningful, measurable, and modern.”
