Meanwhile, Paytm Assured for Buses and Ticket Assure for Trains ensure reliable refunds and confirmed seat assistance respectively.

The app features a clean, modern interface optimised for easy navigation and faster checkout, supported by real-time flight tracking for a smoother experience. According to Paytm, the focus is on shifting travel bookings from traditional search-based systems to conversational and intuitive AI planning.
