2025 Chrysler Voyager returns for $41,690

  • The Chrysler Voyager returns to the minivan lineup
  • The Voyager replaces the base Pacifica model; the Pacifica lineup gets slimmed down to three trim levels
  • The 2025 Chrysler Voyager will cost $41,690 when it arrives in dealers later this year

Chrysler once again aims to make road trips affordable and practical.

On Wednesday, Stellantis announced the 2025 Chrysler Voyager. The nameplate’s return brings the automaker’s minivan lineup downmarket without using the Pacifica’s name.

The Voyager will serve as the entry point to the Chrysler minivan lineup as a budget-minded model that costs $41,690 including a $1,695 destination charge when it arrives at dealers later this year.

Chrysler’s value-oriented minivan still costs $3,795 more than the smaller and more stylish 2025 Kia Carnival. For similar Voyager money, a Carnival hybrid can be had with up to 33 mpg combined.

With the addition of the Voyager to the Chrysler lineup, the Pacifica models get shuffled for 2025. The base Pacifica Touring trim has effectively been replaced by the Voyager. The Pacifica Touring L has been replaced by a new Select trim.

Chrysler will offer the new base Pacifica Select trim with both its V-6 and the plug-in hybrid powertrain. A Limited grade will sit above the Select model and will only be available with the V-6 while the top-shelf Pinnacle model will be available with either powertrain option. Chrysler hasn’t said how much the 2025 Pacifica will cost.

The no-nonsense family hauler Voyager is far from stripped when it comes to road-trip friendly features and tech.

Every 2025 Voyager will feature Chrysler’s Stow ‘n Go seating, which enables the second and third row of seats to fold flat into bins hidden in the floor. It’s the Voyager’s, and Pacifica’s, killer app that no other minivan can touch.

Chrysler’s upgraded the infotainment and tech systems with a standard 10.1-inch touchscreen featuring wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A 7.0-inch color display now resides in the gauge cluster.

Kids and parents will both find joy in power sliding doors, a power tailgate, second-row sun shades, heated front seats with an 8-way power-operated driver seat, three-zone automatic climate control, and a heated steering wheel. Every Voyager will have seating for seven passengers and over 32 cubic feet of cargo space behind the third row.

Every Voyager is powered by a 3.6-liter V-6 rated at 287 hp and 262 lb-ft of torque. A 9-speed automatic transmission sends power to the front wheels. It gets 22 mpg combined, same as the Pacifica. But the Pacifica can be upgraded with all-wheel drive that lowers it to 20 mpg combined. The Pacifica plug-in hybrid has 32 miles of all-electric range or the equivalent of 82 mpg with gas and electric power.

Voyagers come standard with seven airbags, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitors, adaptive cruise control, and parking sensors.
