Lavu Sri Krishna Devarayalu of the YSRCP party clinched victory in the Narasaraopet Constituency of Andhra Pradesh during the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections. Rayapati Sambasivarao from the TDP came in as the runner-up, trailing behind by 154,002 votes. Lavu Sri Krishna Devarayalu secured 745,557 votes in the 2019 Lok Sabha Polls, winning with a margin of 154,002 votes.

The Narasaraopet Lok Sabha constituency is scheduled to vote on 13th May 2024, with the Election Commission announcing results on 4th June, as per their statement on March 16.
