Air Astana Takes Delivery of 50th Aircraft

 Air Astana has taken delivery of its latest
A321neo from Airbus’ final assembly line in Hamburg, Germany.

The brand new aircraft expands the group’s fleet
size to 50, and keeps the company on track to grow its fleet to 80
aircraft by the end of 2028.

The latest A321neo cabin combines existing
business class and new “Airspace Cabin” economy class, which
offers more seats, larger overhead lockers and a “moonlight” cabin
lighting system, that was previously only featured on the
airline’s long-haul aircraft.

Air Astana Group’s fleet now comprises 42 Airbus
A320/A321 family aircraft, three Boeing 767s and five Embraer E2
190s.

The company uses the aircraft to operate
approximately 48 international routes and 43 domestic routes.
