Minor Hotels has confirmed that it will soon
open the second Anantara resort in Bali, Indonesia.
Located near the
traditional hillside village of Banjar Puhu in the north of Ubud,
approximately a 2.5-hour drive from Denpasar Airport (DPS), the
Anantara Ubud Bali Resort is scheduled to welcome its first guests
on 1 October 2024.

The resort features 85 suites and pool villas as well as 15 branded residences.
The 53-sqm
suites place guests in the thick of the jungle, with gently
rustling tree branches and soothing sounds of the babbling stream
providing a natural soundtrack. The one and two-bedroom
villas, all with infinity pools, are designed as calming oases
perched amongst the treetops.
Facilities at the resort include a range of F&B
outlets; two heated swimming pools – one adult-only
and the other for families; a jungle-clad yoga deck; a gym; kids’
club; spa; and two meeting rooms.
When not
exploring central Ubud’s trendy eateries, fashion boutiques and
art galleries, guests can join on-site arts and crafts workshops,
hands-on cooking classes, as well as guided yoga and meditation.
