AirAsia has confirmed plans to resume flights
between Suvarnabhumi Airport near Bangkok and Hat Yai in the south
of Thailand.
From Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), flight FD4304 is
slated to depart at 10:45 and arrive in Hat Yai (HDY) at 12:10,
whilst flight FD4305 is scheduled leave Hat Yai at 13:40, arriving
at Suvarnabhumi Airport at 14:15.
Scheduled to take off on 1 July 2024, Thai AirAsia
will operate the BKK-HDY route with daily flights, in addition to
the 8 flights per day from Don Mueang Airport (DMK).

Thai AirAsia has enjoyed a
consistently high load factor on the Don Mueang – Hat Yai route,
with an average of 95% in passenger load
throughout 2023 and up until now.
“We thank both the people of Songkla’s Hat Yai and
its vicinity as well as the many travelers who have supported
AirAsia’s route to Hat Yai,” said Khun Tansita Akraritpirom, Head
of Commercial for Thai AirAsia. “All of you led us to resume
Suvarnabhumi – Hat Yai once again, and we are very glad to be able
to offer you all the convenience of choosing to fly out of Don
Mueang or Suvarnabhumi airports.”
To celebrate the resumption of BKK-HDY flights,
Thai AirAsia is offering promotional fares from 1,000 THB per trip
until 17 May 2024 for travel from 1 July 2024.
The limited number of special fares available
