Keeping motherhood a secret — that’s hot!
Paris Hilton returns for the second season of Paris in Love, and it’s all about her family. On Monday, the trailer for the second season of the reality TV series dropped, and it has one special surprise.
The trailer begins with Paris walking into an event as the crowd chants her name, before it cuts to her walking into an empty hospital room.
“I have given my life to everyone for so long,” Paris says in the background as a clip of her anxiously pacing the hospital room with her husband, Carter Reum, runs. “It’s just been really important to me to keep this a secret. This is the first time that something is just mine.”
In comes the doctor with Paris and Carter’s son, Phoenix.
“I’m going to be a mom,” she tells the camera.
As clips of her family, including mom Kathy Hilton, and friends Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner, play, Paris reiterates that nobody knows that she has welcomed her baby boy.
Days after welcoming Phoenix, Paris tells her mother — and the world gets to witness the moment.
“I got you a surprise,” Paris tells Kathy. “This is your grandson,” she reveals as she walks in the room holding her swaddled baby boy.
Kathy cries as she extends her arms out to hold the baby, and asks, “You serious?”
Paris then holds her baby up for the camera as she introduces him to her sister, Nicky Hilton, who asks, “Is that real?”
Scenes of Paris getting her first moments of skin to skin with Phoenix and leaving the hospital with him play as she gushes about motherhood.
Proving that he’s already the star of the show, Phoenix pees while his mother holds him during their photo shoot.
Paris and Carter announced that they welcomed their son via surrogate in January. Following the first images and the news of Phoenix’s birth, Paris revealed that he was a secret between her and her husband.
While family is the main focus of this season, the trailer proves there are some tribulations. In addition to not sharing the news about her son with her family, Paris blindsides them with her shocking memoir, which details alleged sexual abuse and other tough life experiences.
Kathy and Nicky both become emotional as they talk about finding out the details of Paris’ past trauma online.
All eight episodes of Paris in Love season stream exclusively Nov. 30 on Peacock.
