Kolkata-Ambuja Neotia Group, a prominent corporate house with interests in Real Estate, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Education, has announced the acquisition of Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels, a boutique hotel collection headquartered in Gurugram. The move marks a significant expansion of Ambuja Neotia‘s presence in the hospitality sector, further strengthening its position as a key player in the industry.

Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels, established in 2009, has made a name for itself in the boutique hotel space, offering guests exceptional experiences, personalised service, tranquil settings, and a focus on privacy. The brand currently operates in 14 locations across five states in India, earning a reputation for its dedication to providing memorable and unique stays.

Ambuja Neotia Group has been led by Chairman Harshavardhan Neotia and has been responsible for numerous landmark projects in Eastern India. Commenting on this significant acquisition, Neotia stated, “This acquisition represents a significant step in our journey to provide exceptional experiences to our guests. We are excited to integrate the Tree of Life properties into our portfolio and continue delivering memorable stays.”

Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels Founder, Himmat Anand, expressed his optimism for the brand’s future under new leadership, “I have since 2009, in my capacity as the Founder, taken the Tree of Life to whatever achievements I could, backed by an amazing team.
